[clue] CLUE Conference site update

Folks:

I have made the decision to disable the CLUE Conference site after the upcoming presentations by Matt Dew and Jon Buttjer since both have requested to use it.  The site might be re-enabled in the future.

Thanks for those who appreciated the donated time and effort on behalf of Linux ETC and myself in this service.
