[clue] Reverting back to "old" web site

Folks:

As a personal decision, I have disabled and removed the Drupal web site that I have worked on and made for CLUE.  The URLs are now pointed back to the "former site" made and formerly maintained by Jed Baer.  Perhaps it may be restored in the future or another might be built by others volunteering their time.
