Thanks Jacob. Looks like I'll have to look at something API based. I tried searching for a date 
range in the calendar and it doesn't show all the results. You have to select days on the 
mini-calendar to the right to get different days to show up at the beginning/end of the list.

Worse, I originally printed to PDF to be able to copy the events out. But when I try to do that with 
a longer list the PDF shows even less than the UI. Ugh!
