I switched my wife from Quicken to Gnucash.  She does all the accounting and seems to be able to do

I'm sure she'd say there was a learning curve.  But she did it without my help so it doesn't take a 
Linux geek to figure it out.

We don't do any electronic import of data.  Maybe that's worth looking at.  I'll have to ask her.
