[clue] [ADMIN] Odds and end's

This morning I have setup Drupal 7.10 along with suPHP on my VPS.  This was
relatively straight forward and I have configured PHP with a decent memory
limit.  Because I am running suPHP drupal is running via php-cgi rather
than mod_php so this could introduce some latencies.  However, jumping
around the current test site, it is decently snappy, less than 2 seconds
for most page loads.

Let me know if you would like a test site for the CLUE Drupal site and we
can test performance.  I am looking into some caching techniques now.
