[clue] CLUE elections

We did not do elections this month. There weren't enough people present. The fact that the meeting was on Valentine's Day did not help. We might need to do this via the mailing list. 

Dave Willson nominated Dave Anselmi for president via email and suggested keeping Gus as treasurer. I don't know if there are any other nominations. Our biggest need, however, is for a speaker coordinator. Who can find us speakers month after month?
