[clue] [TECH] The CLUE server study group is looking for suggestions about mail list servers

The current mail-list server is mailman with Postfix.
Jed Baer and some others knew how to handle mailman.
Now the CLUE server study group are looking for a mail list server that is easier to maintain, easier to document and maybe even free to use.
