[clue] Colorado Income Tax website uses SILVERLIGHT

I checked this out in order to send a message you need to look at 
frequently asked questions view an answer then click the tab that says 
Send us an Email I personally left this message
I realize your department does not care about regulations but requiring 
Silverlight violates 508 accessibility requirements (as a government site.
If I do not use windows or mac I cannot use this website. State IT is 
misguided.
