*Web/Drupal Developer*

Elevated Third is looking for someone with strong design and development
skills. Ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys a
fast-paced-yet-casual working environment, excels in leveraging innovative
and new web technologies across the web spectrum, and enjoys solving
multifaceted problems. We work hard, play a lot of foosball, and enjoy a
beer or two on Friday.

Responsibilities:

   - Drupal website development on a daily basis
   - Template theming based on finished design files
   - Layout construction and creation of content-types based on designs & UI
   wireframes
   - Module research, installation and configuration
   - Maintenance and upgrades
   - Production of finished Photoshop designs, slicing layouts, optimizing
   images
   - Writing hand-coded HTML/CSS/jQuery (increasingly HTML5/CSS3)
   - QA/Testing (browser testing, validation, load times)

Requirements:

   - Minimum 1 year experience with Drupal or other template-based CMS
   systems (Wordpress, Joomla)
   - 2+ years front-end development experience
   - Expert HTML knowledge
   - Strong CSS/JavaScript skills
   - Familiarity and interest in HTML5/CSS3/jQuery
   - Proficient in PHP, MySQL
   - Working knowledge of Photoshop
   - Strong attention to detail
   - Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
   - Initiative and creativity
   - Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and contributions

Nice-to-Haves

   - Drupal custom module development
   - Experience in designing and coding for SEO
   - Experience with Google Analytics, Web Optimizer
   - Experience working with mobile apps (thin client)
   - Subversion or another version control system
   - Flash and Actionscript (AS3)

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, excited
to learn, and wishes to continually improve their skill base while producing
high-quality work. The position is contract-to-hire and will be full-time.
