[clue-tech] DVD burning

This is getting annoying.  I thought it was a problem with DVD-R, so I purloined some DVD+R...  Now, I've tried DVD-R and DVD+R, and both are telling me not enough free space on the disc, even with overburn, pretty much no matter what I'm trying to burn.  Rats.  Does anyone know how to determine which disc types my drive supports and what my drive thinks of the currently inserted blank?
