Anyone have any experience with a nice DMS?  I am looking for something that will take submissions from anywhere (SMB, FTP, print-job, HTTP upload, network scanner) convert them to PDF (or another hi-fi and portable format), store, index, and share them on the network, securely or insecurely at the submitter's pleasure.

Anyone have experience with a Free and/or open-source product that does that?  It doesn't have to be free, just Free.  And if I can't get Free or open-source, I'll settle for reliable and non-choice-limiting.
