[clue-tech] apt-get (tzdata) on Ubuntu 7.10 [solved, somewhat]

I edited /var/lib/dpkg/info/tzdata.config, commenting out the "set -e" 
line near the top.  The configuration ran without stopping, no doubt 
with some error.  Hopefully I don't care about that error.  This was an 
upgrade, not a new install.  The configuration required me to select a 
timezone, and after completing I removed /etc/localtime, getting me back 
to the default UTC.
