[clue-tech] ftp again

Having gotten gFTP and the firefox plug-in install the hands down winner 
is the plug-in.

gFTP seems to be lacking a few connection memory/configuration options 
which make it less efficient to use.  or perhaps the list of connections 
is simply poorly documented or buried where gopher would simply not 
think to hunt.
