~some~ iRiver's support Ogg.  The refurb'd 5GB H2 from MicroCenter is a
screaming good deal, until you find out that it doesn't play half your
music collection...

I think all the Cowon devices play OGGs, and many iPods can be upgraded
to RockBoxOS and that plays Ogg.
