[CLUE-Tech] Red Hat 8.0

Yesterday I installed Red Hat 8.0 on one of my partitions. I have Win2k on its own drive and have another drive that I installed Red Hat on. Before this I had Mandrake on the partition and everything was fine. 

After the Red Hat install windows took forever to boot up and runs "very" slow. Any ideas on what would have caused this? Thanks in advance.
