Greetings.

I have a Table of Contents in a StarWriter document.  I would like to 
export my document as HTML and have hyperlinks from the Table of Contents 
to the various sections generated automatically.

I have tried the various settings in the 'File | Send | Create HTML 
Document ' dialog box, but I cannot seem to get the TOC hyperlinked.  I 
thought that choosing the 'Table of Contents' style would work, but no such 
luck.

Is this possible?  Suggestions?  My alternative is to hand-edit the generated 
HTML files.  Not a big deal, just lazy!
