	you know, kevin, i see this sort of thing on occassion. don't think
i've ever figured it out though. consider trying to execute the command
in a different shell...

cullis:/cdrom/linux/office52 # csh
% ./setup	( does the install)...
% exit
cullis:/cdrom/linux/office52 #

	might try tcsh as well. hmmm. i dunno.
