Sure. In Galeon (the Gecko rendering engine), a newline sequence is
rendered as a space. Or, at least in the older version I'm running. I
think there's a better way to do that, although it escapes me at the
moment.

BTW, this would be stuff we should talk about on the CLUE-Dev list.

But I'm sure glad someone is looking at, and commenting on, the code.
